In line with series of lectures by eminent scientists, academic luminaries and professionals from the industries, a seminar was conducted at G L Baja Institute of Technology & Management on “MULTIDISCIPLINARY TECHNICAL TALK” as a part of GLBITM'S commitment towards quality technical education and excellence.
Director Prof. T.Viswanathan, an eminent professor from IISC Bangalore, delivered a lecture on Saturday, the 14th Feb 2009 at the auditorium before eminent scholars and faculty members drawn from the academia.
The theme centered on emerging innovative techniques and challenges in Multidisciplinary research.
The lecture highlighted various fields of research related to Noise pollution, Modelling, Marketing, Satelite orbits, Internet Security, IT Governance where confluence of multi disciplinary approach is hugely required.
The participating faculty gained new insights into emerging technologies and made best use of this opportunity.
