GLBajaj hosted one of the most revering and one of the biggest youth event the District Interact Leadership Assembly (DILA) on 11 th of October,18. With the theme –Inspirit, which means encouraged and enliven DELA witnessed presence of about 1500 students from about 60 schools and about 150 Rotarians. Event started in the massive auditorium with the MOC of this event- Sachin Vats , the District Interact Chair (2018-19) introduced everyone to the delegates and the leaders of GLBajaj followed by the formal Lightening of Lamp by the COG and Dignitaries.

The Interactors from Modern school, Shalimar Bagh presented the Invocation Dance. The District Governor Subash Jain welcomed the guests and the Dignitaries with a potted plant as symbol of respect, harmony and peace. The Vice-Chairman of GL Bajaj, Rotarian Pankaj Agarwal was called on stage by MOC for welcoming all to the campus. The opening remarks

were presented by the DILA Chairperson- Rotarian Ajay Chauhan who graced the occasion with his warm words. A report by Interact, outgoing DIR(District Interact Reptt) Samiksha Puri gave all the facts and figures she had completed while her tenure and hence the baton of leadership was passed on to the leader in action for the session and the District Interact Reptt. Vidushi Singhania. After the installation ceremony of ITR and her team, Vidushi presented

an acceptance speech laying before a plan and strategy to work this session to all the

interactors. The occasion was further Enlighted by the speeches of dignitaries DGN(District Governor nominee) Alok Gupta and DGE(District Governor elect) Deepak Gupta. Followed by the Beautiful dance performance by the interact school of Silver line prestige school and the band performance by Interact School of DPS, GB nagar . The occasion did not miss the

slightest of points of concern related to the youth of the country and hence Dr.Kanika Gupta came up and gave a wide range of information regarding the cervical cancer. She was

presented the memento by Rotarian Vipul kuchhal . Furthermore, dance performance by Interact schools of The khaitan School, Noida and Interact School of Pragyan School. A motivational talk was presented by Mr. Suresh Srinivasan Gyanendrasingh Chauhan on leadership and its aspects he was presented by the memento by Rtn. Alok Garg. At last, the vote of thanks was presented by Rtn.Vikas Kumar and the program in the venue came to an

end and the students proceeded further to a musical floor – The DJ rewind wherein within the crowd of 100’s of school students dancing came up the flash mob prepared by the Rotaractors of GLBajaj institute that concluded the program with thunderous clapping and a bang.
