Objective: The main objective of the Camp was to make aware the students about the different areas of skills where they can establish themselves as Entrepreneur and create the job for others.

 

The very first session was started by Dr. Shailendra Singh , Scientist, at Nokia research. He explained the current scenarios in industry and the marketing strategies required for setting up start up as a career option. He talked about various career options and motivated the students to take maximum benefit of the growing nation by venturing in to entrepreneurship.

 

Followed by, Mr. S.K.Verma , Dr. N.P.Singh and Dr. Amit Sehgal explained the opportunities for youth in the field of engineering innovation and how to set up and registered a startup and what problems entrepreneur faced while setting up their own enterprise.

 

Entrepreneurship is the act of creating a business or businesses while building and scaling it to generate a profit.

 

However, as a basic entrepreneurship definition, it’s a bit limiting. The more modern entrepreneurship definition is also about transforming the world by solving big problems. Like initiating social change, creating an innovative product or presenting a new life-changing solution.

 

What the entrepreneurship definition doesn’t tell you is that entrepreneurship is what people do to take their career and dreams into their hands and lead it in the direction of their own choice. It’s about building a life on your own terms. No bosses. No restricting schedules. And no one holding you back. Entrepreneurs are able to take the first step into making the world a better place, for everyone in it.

 

 

On the last day of the program several more distinguished speakers shared their aspirations with us , among which were Ankita Tyagi mam, Dr. R.S.Tyagi , Mr. Tarun Khurana and Dr. Pankaj Pathak .

All of their ideas and teachings were greatly reciprocated by the students. 

Indeed it proved out to be a brain storming session for all the students where all got to learn and share their creatives on one platform.

 

At the valedictory session certificates were distributed to the participants by the distinguished guests.

 

The program was highly appreciated by the participants of 120 students in terms of entrepreneurship skill development. The students felt very passionate to turn their innovative ideas into reality.
