1. GLBITians are expected to attend all lectures, tutorials & practicals. A minimum of 75% attendance is must for a student to enable him to appear in the sessional tests & end semester theory & practical examinations.

2. Any GLBITian who remains absent for more than 15 days without prior written permission from the HOD/Dean/Director is liable to be expelled from the college.

3. GLBITians should not enter/leave early from the classroom, lab, etc. It's prohibited.

4. GLBITians are required to carry with them their I- cards at all times.

5. GLBITians must learn & strictly observe normal decency, decorum, guidelines & rules of institution on a daily basis.

1. GLBITians have the freedom to directly meet their Directors, Counsellors and faculty at their own wish.

2. GLBITians have the freedom to be secular.

3. GLBITians have the right to be fully informed about the evaluation of their answer sheets, tutorials, lab-works and assignments, in a transparent manner.

4. GLBITians convoked by the disciplinary committee, have the right to be precisely informed about the charges brought against them. They also have the freedom to defend themselves.

5. GLBITians have the right to respect & protect their private life, within the parameters of discipline.

6. GLBITians have the right to claim strict respect of their professional secrecy from their Directors & faculties for any conversation held in confidence, which also includes any written work of an intimate nature.
