A One Week Management Development Programme (MDP) on “Team Building and Leadership” was successfully conducted from 28 January 2026 to 2 February 2026 at GL Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management, Greater Noida. The programme was organized by the Department of Management Studies, GL Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management, in collaboration with MSME Technology Centre, Greater Noida. The programme was sponsored by the Office of the Development Commissioner, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India, New Delhi, under an MSME project grant. The MDP aimed to enhance leadership skills, team effectiveness, and ethical decision-making through expert sessions and interactive learning methods.
The programme was successfully completed and received positive feedback, contributing to leadership and managerial capacity building in line with MSME objectives.


Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA) Project Activities 2024–25
GL Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management has been awarded projects under the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA) for the academic year 2024–25, a flagship initiative of the Government of India aimed at fostering sustainable rural development through higher education institutions.
Under this program, the institute conducted multiple community-oriented activities in adopted villages, focusing on health awareness, environmental sustainability, sanitation, and education of the girl child. Key initiatives included a Medical Camp and Awareness Program on “Shikshit Beti, Shakt Samaj” in Girdharpur Village in collaboration with Fortis Hospital, emphasizing healthcare access and the importance of girls’ education. A Tree Plantation Drive and Awareness Camp on “Ped Lagao, Jeevan Bachao” and “Label Padhega India, Tabhi Badega India” was organized in Nagla Kirani Village to promote environmental conservation and consumer awareness. Additionally, Stationery Distribution and Community Development activities were carried out in Mohammad Kulipur to support educational needs and improve community welfare.
Through these initiatives, GL Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management reaffirmed its commitment to social responsibility and inclusive rural development in alignment with the objectives of Unnat Bharat Abhiyan.



For the second time Trained students of MBA Department, GL BAJAJ went for a live field project under the Campaign for Mental Health Program(C4MH) to village Bisrakh, Greater Noida on 15th February 2020. The students along with the team of Richmond Fellowship Society & Department of Development Communication and Extension of Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi interacted with the commoners from the village and spread awareness related to mental wellness. Major Take away for the students from the Live project are:
1.Mental Health is a Taboo for the commoners, Emphasis need to made on this field
2.Students learnt how to interact and Motivate people to take treatment
3.Students Improved their convincing skills by being a part of this live projects & became ambassadors for serving the society.



Live projects are a shorter version of Internship and a bigger version of volunteering. For an overall holistic development of the students, as managers, it is essential that they tap into the real time market scenarios and learn how the organisations work on real basis. We are proud to share that our students of Department of Management Studies did a live project in association with Future Group Ltd at one of their firms in Grand Venezia Mall, Greater Noida. Their experience with the project was full of learnings and unbounded motivation.
