G20 & Dynamics of 5G: Governance Leadership, Growth Management, Global Entrepreneurship, Green Investment & Good Practices – Opportunities & Challenges
The Department of Management Studies, GL Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management in collaboration with California State University, San Bernardino, United States and Ramanujan College, University of Delhi as an Academic Partner organize International Conference in Multidisciplinary Concepts in Management (ICMCM- 23). The theme of the conference is, “G20 & Dynamics of 5G: Governance Leadership, Growth Management, Global Entrepreneurship, Green Investment & Good Practices – Opportunities & Challenges”.
The objectives of G 20 focus on global economic stability, sustainable growth, promote financial regulations to reduce risks and prevent future financial crises and also to create a new international financial architecture that are common to all the economies and could be achieved effectively through adoption of leadership, management, entrepreneurship, investment and practices in an appropriate direction. This calls for well-knit strategies, sound economic programs and systematic plans towards that end.
This is the theme of much significance when India emerges as the Fifth World Economy and aspires to reach new horizons. Perceiving the growth and an efficient management of the pandemic crisis, India has witnessed during and post pandemic period, the COVID -19, the World has accredited India not only a promising economy but also an economy leading towards top global economies. With governance leadership practices, India has added focus on “Vocal for Local” emphasizing on growth of domestic products under core sectors and thus focusing global investments. Assuming G20 Presidency by India during 2023 also throws opportunities for India to emerge as Global Leader. India assumes significant role for addressing the United Nations global sustainability challenges as a path for global leadership and valuable contributions worldwide. Global leadership is about empowering everyone to assume local leadership within their nations, so that each can mutually help each other.
Considering the importance of the theme, we expect that academic deliberations, experts’ opinion and professional expertise will provide valuable inputs for the policy makers and all those who are involved in the process taking India to new horizons. We invite well researched papers and practical inputs from professionals, experts, government officials and other dignitaries for conducive and pragmatic interactions during the two-day conference.

Guidelines for paper submission
Full paper is to be submitted between 4000-6500 words (excluding references). Paper should cover the following: Purpose of the study (including Research Gaps, Research Problem, and Objective of the Study), Research Methodology, Major findings, Theoretical and Managerial Implications, and Key references. The author(s) should also mention the track of the conference under which paper is to be included. Papers will be subjected to a blind peer review process. Reviewers will judge manuscripts on the basis of the general quality, the clarity of presentation within the paper, and the contribution to the understanding of the selected topic.

Formatting of the Paper should adhere to the following:
• Margins: 2.5 cm.
• Font: Times New Roman, 12 point
• Spacing: 1.5
• Cover page: Title, Author(s), Track, Affiliation(s), Contact details
• Key words: 4-6
• The entire paper submission (title page, abstract, main text, figures, graphs, tables, references, etc.) must be in ONE document.
• Figures, graphs, tables, appendices, and references should follow the American Psychological Association (APA) Style Guide.
• All papers will be subjected to Plagiarism Test before consideration.
