ABOUT THE EVENT Department of MCA is organizing a parallel event – “GLBWCodeathon 2025” along with upcoming International Conference CISES2025 from 11th - 13th August. It aim to encourage gender-inclusive innovation, collaborative learning, and technical excellence. This initiative supports the principles of gender equality and women leadership through two exciting tracks in following three themes Intelligent Computations and Communications, Soft Computing and AI-driven Process Automation, Healthcare and Sustainable Engineering Solutions/Application:
A time-bound Prototype/Project Presentation for problem-solving and implementation
A Idea/Poster Presentation to showcase research ideas and technical creativity

TRACK 1: Prototype/Project Presentation
Team Size: 3–4 students
Duration: 8 Hours
Team Composition Condition:
✅ Each team must have at least 50% women participants
✅ The team leader must be a woman

Prizes: ₹11,000 (1st) | ₹5,000 (2nd)

TRACK 2: Idea/Poster Presentation Team Size: 3–4 students
Team Composition Condition:
✅ Each team must have at least 50% women participants
✅ The team leader must be a woman

Prizes: ₹5,000 (1st) | ₹2,000 (2nd)

SUBMISSION & REGISTRATION DETAILS
Step 1: Submit an abstract/project summary with problem definition and solution
Step 2: Evaluation team will shortlist entries into Poster or Hackathon track

Registration Fee: ₹500 per team
Diversity Commitment: Teams not meeting gender criteria will not be eligible
