Paper Submission

The 3rd third International Conference on Intelligent and Secure Engineering Solutions (CISES-2025) will be organized by GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida, India from 08-10th August, 2025. The aim of the CISES-2025 is to serve researchers, developers, educators working in the area of Intelligence and Secure Engineering Solutions and their applications to present as well as to exchange the research ideas. CISES-2025 invites authors to submit their original and unpublished work that demonstrates current research in all areas of Computational Intelligence and Secure Engineering solutions.
Publication - All the accepted and presented papers of CISES-2025 will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

Author’s Guidelines

  • Manuscripts for CISES-2025 will ONLY be accepted in electronic format through Microsoft's Conference Management Toolkit and submission link is: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/CISES2025.
  • At least one author of an accepted paper must register and present his / her paper in conference.
  • Prospective authors are invited to submit paper(s) up to 8 A4-size pages in length, including figures, tables and references, prepared using the provided templates. At most two extra pages can be included at $50.0 each.
  • Submissions will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation.
  • Submissions should strictly follow the recommended IEEE conference Paper template.

  • All references must follow the IEEE format of citation.
  • Papers that are principally cataloguing qualitative or managerial aspects like impact, effect, case-study, rise, journey, study etc. will be insufficient to be accepted and are outside our scope. Next to this, submissions focusing only on policy/ decision making or economic aspects are unsuitable to accepted in CISES-2025.

Manuscript Preparation

  • The manuscript should be prepared in IEEE format using MS WORD and/or LaTeX template
  • The figures / graphs / plots in the manuscript MUST be of good resolution (600 dpi or more), tables MUST NOT be in pictorial format. Text in figures should not be too small, and preferably of equal size as text of the article.
  • Figures, text, or the tables MUST be visible within boundary of the text area of the page and MUST NOT go beyond it.
  • Do NOT use any Social / Academic titles (e.g. Mr., Ms.,Dr.,Prof. etc) preceding the author names. Do NOT mention the position of a person (e.g., research scholar, student, assistant professor, professor, IEEE member, IEEE student member etc.) in the affiliation.
  • Mention full address, affiliation, and email of ALL authors, specify a corresponding author with the corresponding e-mail ID. [Once an article is accepted, the publisher will send the proofreading of article to this e-mail].
  • Articles must be written in spell checked and grammatically correct English.
  • All references, figures, and tables should be numbered in sequence starting from 1 and MUST be duly cited / referred within the text.
Peer Review and Policy on Plagiarism
  • All accepted papers submitted for publication will be checked with anti-plagiarism software to check the overlapping/similarity index of the content with already published material.
  • The papers with high overlapping index will be rejected straightaway.
  • All submissions will be sent for double blind reviewed by at least three reviewers on the basis of technical quality, relevance to the conference’s topics of interest, originality, significance, and clarity.
  • Papers found to be plagiarized during any stage of review shall be rejected. If plagiarism is detected after publication, we will retract the paper.
  • As per copyright transfer agreement, Authors are deemed to be individually and collectively responsible for the content of manuscripts published by them.
  • Hence, it is the responsibility of each author to strive for the highest ethical standards with respect to plagiarism.
  • Only accepted, registered & presented papers of the Conference by authors, will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
Final Notification
The notification will be emailed to the author based on the reviewers’ feedback. The Notification will be e-mailed to authors under any of the three categories
  • 1. Accepted [Corresponding author will receive an official acceptance letter as an attachment with the Email]
  • 2. May be accepted with minor/major changes
  • 3. Rejected
Copyright Transfer
• Authors will be asked to transfer copyright of the manuscript to IEEE. This is a mandatory requirement and will be an electronic process. Author(s) will be notified via email for e-copyright transfer process. This will ensure the widest possible protection and dissemination of information under copyright laws. In case of any difficulty in the copyright transfer process, author(s) must connect with the conference organizers.
