Editorial Policy & Publication Opportunities
ICMCM 2027 follows a transparent and rigorous review process to ensure academic quality and publication integrity.
Review Process
1. Initial Screening:
All submitted papers will first be screened by the editorial/conference team for relevance to the conference theme, completeness, formatting, language quality, and similarity level.
2. Plagiarism / Similarity Check:
Submissions will be checked using plagiarism detection software. Papers with high similarity, improper citation, unattributed content, or suspected academic misconduct may be rejected.
3. Double-Blind Peer Review:
Suitable papers will be sent for double-blind peer review. The identities of authors and reviewers will remain confidential during the review process. Each paper will be sent to at least 2 reviewers for the review process.
4. Paper Evaluation Criteria:
Papers will be evaluated based on originality, relevance, theoretical contribution, methodological soundness, clarity of presentation, practical implications, ethical compliance, and alignment with the conference theme.
5. Revision and Final Decision:
Authors may be asked to revise their papers based on reviewers’ comments. Final acceptance will be subject to satisfactory revision, editorial approval, registration, and presentation at the conference.
6. Editorial Quality Check:
Before inclusion in any publication-related consideration, accepted papers will undergo final editorial screening for formatting, language, references, originality, and compliance with publication guidelines.
Editorial Policy
The conference is committed to maintaining high standards of academic integrity and ethical publishing. The editorial team reserves the right to reject papers that do not meet quality standards, contain plagiarism, include unsupported claims, demonstrate poor academic structure, or fail to comply with ethical and formatting guidelines.
Acceptance for presentation at the conference does not automatically guarantee publication. Publication decisions will be subject to review quality, editorial approval, publisher guidelines, and compliance with applicable publication standards.
Publication Opportunities
Selected high-quality papers presented at ICMCM 2027 will be considered for publication opportunities in conference proceedings (Scopus Indexed), edited books, and reputed journals, subject to peer review, editorial evaluation, plagiarism screening, author compliance, and publisher approval. However, any indexing-related consideration will be subject to the policies and evaluation criteria of the respective publisher and indexing agencies. The organizers do not guarantee indexing in any database.
Selected papers from previous editions of the conference were published in reputed journals and in a Scopus-indexed edited book, reflecting the academic quality and publication potential of the conference.
