 With the growing needs of different sectors in the industry it is important to enhance and develop the skill set of the faculty and staff within the institution. The teaching methods that are being followed are conventional and not practice based. To avoid these weaknesses of Technical Education System, we encourage them to develop both professional and personal skills as well as knowledge appropriate to their role. These programs are aimed at building attitude towards teaching and developing teaching skills and proficiency. The college also promotes the faculty to pursue higher studies like Masters/Ph.D. Along with that we allow the faculty to participate in conferences, seminars/workshops or short term training programs.
 
Our college has tie up with several renowned personalities in the industry who are also member of our counseling panel. They are invited from time to time to conduct FDPs for our faculty and assign projects and assignments to keep it a constant effort.
