Paper Submission Guidelines
The 4th International Conference on Disruptive Technologies (ICDT-2026) will be organized by G. L. Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida, India from 29th - 30th December, 2026.
The aim of the ICDT-2026 is to serve researchers, developers, educators working in the area of Disruptive Technology and their applications to present as well as to exchange the research ideas.
ICDT-2026 invites authors to submit their original and unpublished work that demonstrates current research in all areas of Disruptive Technology and their applications through Microsoft's Conference Management

Publication: : All the accepted and presented papers of ICDT-2026 will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope.

Guidelines
Prospective authors are invited to submit paper(s) with in 6 pages written in A4 size covered under normal registration. Extra page charges apply beyond 6 pages.
At least one author of an accepted paper must register and present his / her paper in conference.

IEEE Paper Template
The purpose of a conference template is to provide a consistent format for papers appearing in the conference proceedings. IEEE strongly encourages use of the conference manuscript templates provided below.
IEEE conference templates contain guidance text for composing and formatting conference papers. Please ensure that all guidance text is removed from your conference paper prior to submission to the conference.
Failure to remove template text from your paper may result in your paper not being published.

Manuscript Preparation
The manuscript should be prepared in IEEE format using MS WORD and/or LaTeX template
The figures / graphs / plots in the manuscript MUST be of good resolution (600 dpi or more), tables MUST NOT be in pictorial format. Text in figures should not be too small, and preferably of equal size as text of the article.
Figures, text, or the tables MUST be visible within boundary of the text area of the page and MUST NOT go beyond it.
Do NOT use any Social / Academic titles (e.g. Mr.,Ms.,Dr.,Prof. etc) preceding the author names. Do NOT mention the position of a person (e.g., research scholar, student, assistant professor, professor, IEEE member, IEEE student member etc.) in the affiliation.
Mention full address, affiliation, and email of ALL authors, specify a corresponding author with the corresponding e-mail ID. [Once an article is accepted, the publisher will send the proofreading of article to this e-mail].
Articles must be written in spell checked and grammatically correct English.
All references, figures, and tables should be numbered in sequence starting from 1 and MUST be duly cited / referred within the text.
Policy on Plagiarism
Authors are requested to kindly refrain from plagiarism in any form. Authors should submit their original and unpublished research work not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Papers found to be plagiarized during any stage of review shall be rejected.
As per copyright transfer agreement, Authors are deemed to be individually and collectively responsible for the content of manuscripts published by them.
Hence, it is the responsibility of each author to strive for the highest ethical standards with respect to plagiarism.

Guidance for IEEE Publications Regarding AI-Generated Text
The IEEE Publication Services and Products Board has recently passed the following motion:
“The use of artificial intelligence (AI)–generated text in an article shall be disclosed in the acknowledgements section of any paper submitted to an IEEE Conference or Periodical. The sections of the paper that use AI-generated text shall have a citation to the AI system used to generate the text.”.
