Guest Lecture on Surge Protection Basics for Industrial Electrical & Control Systems

A guest lecture was organized by the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering on the Topic 'Surge Protection Basics for Industrial Electrical & Control Systems'. The speaker of the session, Dr. Ashish Manchanda discussed about surges in low power devices. He elaborated in the basics of lightning and surge protection. He also highlighted effect of surge in electrical equipment. The guest also visited the Automation Lab of EEE department & appreciated the lab facilities.
