Mandatory Physical Reporting Process, Session 2025-26
Physical reporting schedule, Phase -1 (B.Tech. 1st Year, JEE Counselling Candidates)
Candidates who have been allotted GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management through Counselling (upto Round-4) and subsequently paid initial fees (Rs.20000/Rs.12000) to UPTAC-2025 are required to report at institute campus for mandatory physical reporting.
Please note that as per the AKTU/UPTAC-2025 directives, allotment of those candidate shall be treated as cancelled who will fail to report in person at GLBITM campus or fail to compete all four requisite steps (including deposit of fees) of reporting process within the time limit and schedule. No request for extension of reporting time shall be entertained.
Physical reporting schedule and process are as follows:
Date: 18th August to 21st August 2025 (No further extension shall be entertained)
Timings: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Lunch Break - 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM)
Venue: Open Air Theatre, Academic Block-1, GLBITM Campus
(Candidate are required to adhere the timings as mentioned above)
Step 1 - Visit our website www.glbitm.org and read the following documents carefully:
• List of documents required at the time of Admission click here to view or download
• Sample copies of Admission Form (click here), Anti Ragging forms (click here) and Transport Form (click here).
• Arrange all above documents in sequence for physical reporting.
Step 2 – Report at GLBITM campus for mandatory physical reporting:
• Obtain prescribed form from Counter No.1 after showing allotment letter & other documents.
• Fill admission form neatly (in capital letters) with blue or black pen only.
• Attach two set of documents according to the order mentioned in required document list.
• Submit duly filled form & documents at Counter No.2 for document verification.
• Wait for announcement (based on your token no.) from document verification counter.
Step 3 – Document Verification and Data Validation:
• Report to the designated document verification counter as per announcement.
• After successful document verification proceed to admission data validation (Computer Lab).
• After successful data validation proceed to fee deposit counter (Room No. 10-A).

Step 4 – Payment of Fees (Last and important step of Physical Reporting).
Fees will be accepted at Room No. 10A (Ground Floor) in the form of Demand Draft in favor of “G.L. Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management” payable at “Greater Noida/Noida/Delhi”

Important Note:
1. Document verification and Data Validation is a time taking process, please cooperate with facilitation team. Please wait for announcement call at designated place.
2. Candidates are required to make full payment after deducting the amount paid at the time of UPTAC counselling / Registration time at Institute Level. All fees will be accepted at Accounts Office, Room No.10-A or Online only.
3. Only those candidates who have completed all four steps mentioned above shall be considered as Physically reported.

Last date for admission withdrawal, session 2025-26: 31st August 2025
Refund Rule : Application received on or before 31.08.2025, full fee will be refunded after deduction of Rs.2000/- (registration fees) only and after 31.08.2025, no amount will be refunded accept caution money (if deposited).
Commencement of Classes 1st year, 1st semester, session 2025-26: 06.09.2025 (Saturday)
Please note that no separate communication will be intimated in this regard except in case of change in the scheduled date of commencement of classes.
