Admission Process

Only for UPSEE-2021 allotted candidates

Physical Reporting Instructions for the candidates who have been allotted G.L. Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management (College Code 192) through UPSEE 2021 and opted FREEZE option as their willingness & deposited INR 12000/20000 at UPSEE.

Physical reporting is not marely showing presence in the institute. It is an end process to complete admission formalities by submitting & verification of documents, deposit of institute requisite fee at Institute in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in Admission Letter of UPSEE 2020. Prior to physical reporting, all allotted candidates are required to do the following to minimize human interaction and smooth functioning in view of Covid-19 pandemic:

Download and Submit duly filled documents to the Institute authorities personally at the time of physical reporting:
a. Fill Online Admission Registration Form ( click here to fill)
b. Undertaking (Related to fee refund) (click to download)

c. Anti-Ragging Affidavits (Self and Parents) to be attested by the Oath Commissioner on a Stamp Paper of Rs.10/- each (click to download)
d. List of Required Documents for Admission. (Scroll Down)
e. Application Form for Institute Hostel, if required (Will be provided by hostel warden)
f. Application Form for Transport, if required (Will be provided by transport incharge)

After filling the data in online registration form, please take printout after submission. This is a mandatory process. Please ensure photocopy of all requisite documents in good quality in terms of clarity and readability.
Candidate who wish to apply for educational loan, the following documents to be downloaded

The Hostel facility for boys will allotted on first cum first serve basis. However, criterion for allotment shall be the exclusive right of the Director.
Although the original documents shall be returned after due verification at the time of reporting at College but all students should mandatorily keep the original documents with themselves during first semester as these original document will be presented before AKTU authorities for enrollment.

Admission Process for B.Tech. Ist Year

Note:

Reporting time 10AM to 4PM

A. Admissions through UPSEE counseling:

UPSEE 2020 qualified candidates have to report in the college with allotment letter issued by UPSEE in favor of our college (G.L. Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management, Code: 192) for finalization of admission and follow the same as mentioned below:

1. Report to the College till date as mentioned on the allotment letter.
2. Bring Original Documents for Verification at the time of reporting.
3. Carry two photo copy sets of the Documents (self-attested) as mentioned below.
4. Fee as mentioned below can be paid only in the form of Bank Draft favoring G. L. Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management     payable at New Delhi /Noida or Greater Noida.
5. Rest of the procedures would be completed in the college only.

B. Direct Admissions
Concerned and Eligible candidates under Direct Admission have to follow the following steps:

1. Please visit www.glbitm.org and click on Link Admission Enquiry form and get yourself registered with the Instructions mentioned in the page.
2. You would be informed by the authorities to attend the test / interview.
3. If qualified you have to report to the college on the date given by the College authorities with the documents as mentioned     above in Point A (2-4).
4. Rest of the procedures would be completed in the college only.
