Final Reminder for candidate against Management Quota / Vacant Seat

As per the AKTU directives every student who wish to take admission against management quota / vacant seats (All Courses) in session 2023-24 are required to pre-register themselves on AKTU ERP portal before physical reporting failing to which candidature of such candidates shall not be considered.
Mandatory physical reporting at GLBTIM Campus: 9th and 10th October 2023
Last date of physical reporting: 10th October 2023

 


Mandatory Physical Reporting Process, UPTAC 2023 at GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida (College Code-192)

Candidates who have been allotted GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management through Counselling and subsequently paid initial fees (Rs.20000/Rs.12000) to UPTAC are required to report at institute campus for mandatory physical reporting. Please note that as per the directives of AKTU/UPTAC-2023, allotment of those candidate who fail to report in person at GLBITM campus or fail to compete all 4 steps of process within time and schedule shall be cancelled. No request for extension of reporting time shall be entertained. Schedule and reporting process will be as follows:
Date: 29th to 30th September 2023 (No further extension shall be entertained)
Timings: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Lunch Break - 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM)
Venue: Open Air Theatre, Academic Block-1, GLBITM Campus
(Candidate are required to adhere the timings as mentioned above)

Step 1 – Please view/download and read the following documents carefully:
• List of documents required at the time of Admission – click here to view or download
• Sample copies of Admission Form click here and Hostel Form click here / Transport Form click here.
• Arrange all above documents for mandatory physical reporting.

Step 2 – Report at GLBITM campus for mandatory physical reporting.
• Obtain prescribed form from Counter No.1 after showing allotment letter and other requisite documents.
• Fill admission form neatly (in capital letters) with blue or black pen only.
• Attach two set of documents with duly filled Admission Form according to the order mentioned in required document list.
• Submit duly filled form (in all aspects) and documents at Counter No.2 and obtain token no. for document verification.
• Wait for announcement (based on your token no.) from document verification counter.

Step 3 – Document Verification and Data Validation.
• Report to the designated document verification counter as per announcement.
• After successful document verification proceed to admission data validation (Computer Lab).
• After successful data validation proceed to fee deposit counter (Room No. 10-A).

Step 4 – Payment of Fees (Last Step of Physical Reporting).
Fees will be accepted at Room No. 10A (Ground Floor) in the form of Demand Draft in favor of “G.L. Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management” payable at “Greater Noida/Noida/Delhi”

Note-1: Document verification and Data Validation is a time taking process, please cooperate with facilitation team. Please wait for announcement call at designated place.
Note-2: Students are advised to deduct the amount (Rs.20000/- / Rs.12000, as the case may be) you have paid at UPTAC counselling 2023 before making the payment for college fee. Fees will be accepted at Room No.10-A only.
Note-3: The candidate who have completed above mentioned process shall be considered as having Physically reported.

Last date for admission withdrawal, session 2023-24 : 09.10.2023 (Monday)
Note: On or before last date full fee will be refunded after deduction of Rs.2000/- (registration fees). After last date no amount will be refunded accept caution money (if deposited).
