I am indeed delighted to address and interact with the GLBIANS. My greetings to all of you. I am happy that GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management (GLBITM) have a number disciplines under engineering are needed for the country. I am impressed with statement that G L Bajaj generate graduates who are industry ready professionals. Definitely I would like to know, how it is being done? Also, I am happy to learn that G L Bajaj Institute of Management and Research (GLBIMR) are working for high level of innovation with students to achieve their dreams with capacity of leadership for entrepreneurship. Friends, when I see the faculty and students of management, research and technology in front of me, I am thinking what thoughts I can share and discuss with you. Hence, I have selected the topic of my talk "Nurturing the seeds"
