An online mentoring session was conducted for the selected student groups from different departments of GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida on 30th July 2022. The session started with a brief introduction about the event by Ms. Deepti Dohare, Assistant Professor, Civil Engineering Department followed by some important features of the program by Dr. Shradha Gupta, Convener, IIC-GLBITM. After this, the mentors of the event, Dr. Sanjeev Kumar (IPR Coordinator, GLBITM), Mr. Rohit Kumar (Assistant Professor, MBA Department) and (Mr. Vipluv Pathak, Assistant Professor, MBA Department) interacted online with the students. Later on, student groups from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering and MCA Department, presented their projects and the mentors guided them technically as well managerially. They direct the technical student’s ideas with a good future plan and strategy to get into the market. After all the students’ presentations, the event ended with the vote of thanks by Mr. Vipluv Pathak.

The event ended up with new learning by the students with the scope of improvement related to their innovative projects.
