Anima Drive

Anima Drive. Initiative that in order to protect stray cattles and other animals from chilling cold and road accident , We have started an initiative in which we will make jute clothes with radium belts on it.

e-Gaushala app

Sarthak Verma, student of Information Technology Departmant has developed a platform named "egaushala". e-Gaushala is a new online concept which enables donors from anywhere in the world to easily contribute to various gaushalas in India and elsewhere, all in just a click. Better yet, as a donor you can use our interactive map to find and view a gaushala, either virtually or in person, and see firsthand the impact you are making..

‘Know Your Booth’, A mobile App

A mobile app developed by The District Election Office in Technical association with GL Bajaj, Greater Noida. The district election office has developed a mobile application, 'know your booth' which allows users to locate their booths and also get themselves enrolled as new voters. The application works on GPS system and flashes out the nearest booth of that area with its complete address at a click.

Prevent Auto Felony

Once again GL Bajaj's zeal for innovation, passion for hard work, fervor for creation and intense desire for excellence has been recognized and rewarded. A long awaited mobile app 'Prevent Auto Felony', to save you from mishaps in rickshaws, is ready to be used. After rigorous assessment this app has been selected by Noida Traffic Police Dept. as an official app. This app has been developed by IT Dept. of GL Bajaj. A team of IT students lead by Shravan Jain created this wonderful app under the able guidance of Faculty members of IT dept.

GLBITM app

GLBITM app focuses to provide an efficient information broadcasting channel. It can be used to broadcast Event information's, News and Notifications to desired group of student at a click of a button. GLBITM android app is available on the play store while iOS app is in alpha testing phase.

Swachh APP Web Portal

Aiding to the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan Campaign, Pranjal and Ujjwal developed a mobile app that enables citizens to raise and solve civic related issues collaborately.

SKYCRA app

An app 'skycra' developed by GLBians will become part of various RWAs at Greater Noida.

Eco Club

The Eco Club has been established to provide the values of environmental consciousness and to develop environmental ethics among the students in and around our College. It was establish to conserve the natural resources to create Eco friendly environment and create awareness of biodiversity conservation with local environmental issues to create consciousness among students. It Eco club plays an important role in creating environmental awareness amongst the future generation. The Main motive of the Eco Club is to nurture and teach the importance of environment to students.
The students participated in a brainstorming debate competition on in which students learn about issues related to climate change within a systems framework, examined interconnections among environmental, social, and economic issues. It organized a poster and slogan competition and Solid Waste Management.
Currently the number of members associated with this club is 1274.

Major Activities • Organize seminars and special lectures on environmental issues in the College.
• Campaign against banned carry bags, use of loud speakers, banned fireworks, recycling of glass and metals, filling of water body in the adjacent area, etc,.
• Action based activities like tree plantation, cleanliness drives both within and outside the College campus.
• Beautifying selected road side area, public places like hospitals, government offices, places of worship, etc., with plants and put campaign boards to generate awareness.
• Plantation programme is undertaken at regular intervals through Eco-club.
• Removal of waste plants and thorn bushes is done by Eco club and volunteers collect scrap materials like plastics and other trash in the college and dump it in an appropriate place.
• Eco friendly festival Celebration was conducted as per Ministry Guidelines

Awareness Program on Road Safety

On 8th November 2019,Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering conducted an Awareness Program on Road Safety at DPS, Greater Noida. Awareness session was conducted for three classes i.e. 8th, 9th and 10th. Students were very keen to now about the details of road safety rules. A questionnaire round was also conducted followed the awareness session in which prizes were distributed to the winners. Information about the road safety was successfully communicated and the whole event was done successfully.

Installation Ceremony of Rotaract Team!, August 2018

The installation ceremony of the new officials of Rotaract club GL Bajaj was organized in the campus. The ceremony aimed at recognizing the post holders and giving glimpses of how beautiful the journey of being a part of such an organization like Rotaract is.
The ceremony witnessed Rotarian Subhash Jain Ji, as the Chief Guest for the day. Rtn. Ram Chand ji (President-Rotary Club of Delhi Imperial), and Rtn. Rajesh Agarwal Ji, were the guests of honor. Rtr. Manan Singla (District Rotaract Representative), Rtr. Mudita Khurana (DDR Nominee), Rtn. Vikas Kumar (Director New Generation) and Rtn. Vinit Patpatia (District Rotaract Committee Chair) were the special invitees for the event.
Rtr Mudita shared her personal experience as a Rotractor and her bond with the Rotaract family, and so did Rtr Manan Sinhala.
The ceremony started with the traditional lamp lighting and the welcome address was delivered by the Vice Chairman of the Institute, Sh. Pankaj Agarwal. In his address he motivated students to participate more in social activities.
The project undertaken by the club were displayed as a sign of remembering the hard work the Rotaractors were involved in along with the vision or as quoted by Rtr. Anant Vajpayi “the roadmap” to the upcoming events and to the future of the club. A slideshow that presented the 30 project works as a part of the 3012 Project that lasted for 12 days, was displayed with the mention of the various members who were an active participant in the management and organization of those mentioned events.

Blood Donation Camp 2017

A blood donation Camp was organized at GLBajaj campus on 19th September, 2017 as part of its CSR initiatives. The camp was organized by GLBajaj Rotaract Club in association with Rotary Club of Delhi Imperial. Medical Team of Doctors and Paramedical staff from blood bank camp for the smooth conduct of the camp. Around 1200 enthusiastic participants including employees, students and support staff participated in this noble cause. The program started at around 10 o clock in the morning and continued till 5:30 in the evening. A total of 624 units of blood was collected from all the donors who satisfied all the preliminary medical tests like BP, HB, weight-check etc. Many Rotarians (Delhi Imperial) including President - Mrs & Mr. Vinay Singhla, V. President - Mr. K.k. Gupta, Mrs & Mr. Shri Ram Goyal, Chairman blood donation committee - Mr. Nitin Goyal, Mrs & Mr. Ram Chand, Mr. Sushil Agarwal, Mr. Punit Agarwal, Mrs. Sonal Modi, Mrs. Avantika Didwania,Mr. Punit were present on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion Mr. Pankaj Agarwal, Vice Chairman- GLBajaj, Educational Institutions, “Blood donation is a noble cause and every blood donor has contributed towards community development. We thank our donors for their participation and will continue to associate ourselves with such initiatives in the near future.” A cultural treat was also the part of the event where in students presented a trail of programs including dance, band performance, songs and a skit focusing on the importance of blood donation.

Nukkad Natak

GLBIANS enthusiastically took part in various events like nukkad natak, rangoli, poster making, slogan writing to raise awareness about ethical voting amongst the voters.

Rotary Blood Bank Donation Camp

GL Bajaj Rotaract Club conducted a Blood Donation camp in the campus in association with the Rotary Club of Delhi Imperial on 16 September, 2016. Around twelve hundred students and faculty members came forward for the cause and collected 553 units of blood. The organizers of this pragmatic event were surprised to see the overwhelming response of the donors. The camp started after the vibrant inauguration wherein students of MBA, MCA and B.Tech presented colorful yet thought provoking mix of programs.

Social Green Responsbility

Tree Plantation

Ashok Minda group and GBajaj Institute came together for the cause of mother Earth on 15th April,16 and tree plantation was done in the institute campus under the green initiative of Ashok Minda Group. The management, faculty and students& enthusiastically participated in the event.

GL Bajaj Mini Marathon

Department of Management Studies (MBA) organized “G L Bajaj -MINI-MARATHON” for “Green & Clean Greater Noida” On 15th August 2016.

GL Bajaj Cycling Club

With the message of clean environment, the Cycling club at GLBajaj took its first ride on 12th Oct. 2016. Several members of cycling club comprised of BTech, MBA, MCA rode in and around knowledge Park to spread the message of clean environment. The students also took pledged that for all short distances they will prefer using cycle.
