Industrial Visit to Mother Dairy
The Department of Management Studies, GL Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management, organized an Industrial Visit to Mother Dairy on 2nd February 2023 for MBA first-year students. The field visit witnessed participation from 65 students and 2 faculty members and was conducted in offline mode.
The visit provided students with practical exposure to dairy production processes, including milk processing, packaging, quality control, and supply chain operations. Students also gained insights into HR practices, operational strategies, and the use of technology in large-scale dairy operations. Overall, the visit enhanced students’ understanding of real-world industrial practices and strengthened their managerial and entrepreneurial perspective.
