The MBA students (Batch 2025–27) of GL Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management, Greater Noida had the enriching opportunity to visit the renowned Mother Dairy Plant, Patparganj, New Delhi on 12th, 14th & 16th February 2026.
The visit provided valuable insights into large-scale dairy processing, supply chain management, quality control systems, and operational excellence. Students observed advanced automation processes, stringent hygiene standards, and efficient distribution mechanisms that ensure fresh and high-quality dairy products reach millions of consumers daily.
The interactive session with plant officials enhanced students’ practical understanding of production planning, inventory management, and real-time operational challenges.
Such industry engagements bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world business practices, strengthening managerial perspectives and experiential learning.
