ANVITHA

PURPOSE OF THE CLUB

1. To provide a platform for the students to bridge the gap between innovation and execution.
2. To provide students the exposure to compete with the global challenges.
3. To introduce the advancement of new technologies and ideas for personal and professional growth of students.

ANVITHA -2021

"Creativity is intelligence having fun" and this time virtual events were organized by society ANVITHA of ECE department.
The event took place on 10 July 2021 where two different programmes were witnessed.
The first one being from technical club and name of the event was WASTE PRODUCTIVE where able to have a glimpse of all the marvellous things that can be made of all the waste lying around us uselessly. Brilliant inventiveness was done by all our participants.
The Anvitha society of Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, GLBITM organized an inter college event, ‘ANVITHA 2020 - SAAVISHKAAR’ from 3rd to 5th December,2020. This event was the first event of the newly formed society of Electronics and Communication Engineering Department. There were different events from cultural, sports, technical and literary department. The aim of SAAVISHKAAR was to build a platform for students to showcase their talents and polish their skills.
The cultural events were fun and mesmerizing which included a dance competition, a music game, photography, an open mic evening, doodle art and template designing. Participants from different colleges performed their best and made these events wonderful. The sports events were simple challenges of push up and plank for all those fitness lovers. And the technical event included of a game based on technical words with different levels and rounds and has team participation. In the following year this club conducted ANVITHA 2021. The event took place on 10 July 2021 where two different programmes were witnessed.

The next event observed on the same day was a cultural event where different programmers were organized named as MOVIE MANIAC and REELSTER. Movie maniac was a 'cherry on the cake' for all movie lovers. It was a game where dialogues from various movies were given to the contestants and they had to guess the name of the movie. In the end were able to get a winner which was decided by who answered the most know of questions. The last but not the least event was REELSTER where able to look at all the emerging stars from our college. Several topics were given to the contestants and a reel had to made the best reel of all was chosen as the winner.

Purpose of the club
To help the students recast their passion in their career, develop essential employability skills and strategies by conducting time to time interaction with our recognized alumni. To design and conduct various courses and workshops as per current industrial demand.
To understand different competitive examinations related to job opportunities in the current market scenario.
Time to time interaction with industry personals to have their inputs in training and conducting certification courses.
To organize a talk series of our recognized alumni under the banner of Alumni Connect: an initiative by Mechanical Engineering Department.

SAE INDIA GLBITM Collegiate Club

DESCRPTION
To develop engineers who can design, innovate and fabricate automotive suited to changing needs of environment and society

ACTIVITIES OF THE CLUB:
1. Baja at the Natrip’s facility in Pithampur, Indore, from February 15th-18th, 2017 SAE GLBITM COLLEGIATE CLUB with team named “Team Synergy Racing” participated in SAE INDIA BAJA which was held at Pithampur, Indore from, 15th- 18th February, 2017. The 2017 edition marked a decade of the Mahindra SAE BAJA India competition. The decade edition of the national-level inter-college event.
2. SAE GLBITM COLLEGIATE CLUB with a team named “Team Synergy Racing” participated in SAE NIS EFFI CYCLE which was held at LPU from 9th-13th October 2018. . Fabrication of 3 wheeler hybrid vehicle consisting of a TADPOLE CONFIGURATION
3. SAE GLBITM COLLEGIATE CLUB with the team named” Team Synergy Racing" participated in BAJA SAEINDIA 2018, the 11th edition of the BAJA series by SAEINDIA has concluded at the NATRIP facility at Pithampur, Indore, on 28th January 2018.
4. SAE GLBITM COLLEGIATE CLUB with a team named “Team Synergy Racing” participated 11th edition of BAJA SAEINDIA in the coming year 2019 will be altogether a different scenario in terms of number of participants as well as level of vehicles, organized at two different locations which are Pithampur, M.P and IIT Ropar, Punjab 120 teams for m-BAJA will be participating in Pithampur, Indore, M.P. While 60 teams will be competing at IIT Ropar, Punjab.
5. SAE GLBITM COLLEGIATE CLUB with a team named “Team Synergy Racing” participated in SAE NIS EFFI CYCLE which was held at LPU from 1st-5th October 2019. We were a team of 13 who fabricated and designed the vehicle in the workshop.
6. SAE GLBITM COLLEGIATE CLUB with a team named “Team Synergy Racing Next Gen” participated in SAE NIS EFFI CYCLE which was supposed to be held at LPU. The design of the 3 wheeler electric vehicle consisted design considerations for electric type vehicles. (2020-2021)
7. SAE GLBITM COLLEGIATE CLUB with a team named “Team Synergy Racing” participated in SAE NIS EFFI CYCLE which was supposed to be held at LPU. The design of the 3 wheeler electric vehicle consisted design considerations for electric type vehicles
8. SAE GLBITM COLLEGIATE CLUB with the team named "Team Synergy Racing" participated in Mega ATV Championship Season V & VI which was held at Goa from, 10th- 12th April 2021. Mega ATV Championship is a national level ATV (All- terrain vehicles) racing championship in India organized by "Autosports India"
9. SAE GLBITM COLLEGIATE CLUB with a team named “Team Synergy Racing Revv” participated in SAE NIS EFFI CYCLE which was supposed to be held at LPU. It was designed so that it can be powered by SOLAR ENERGY (2021-2022)
10. SAE GLBITM COLLEGIATE CLUB with a team named “Team Synergy Racing Next Gen” participated in SAE NIS EFFI CYCLE which was supposed to be held at LPU. The design of this vehicle is that of a 4 wheel hybrid vehicle. This vehicle is designed to carry a payload of 20 kg and a single driver. (2021-2022)
11. SAE GLBITM COLLEGIATE CLUB with a team named “Team Synergy Racing” participated in SAE NIS EFFI CYCLE which was supposed to be held at LPU. The design of the 3 wheeler electric vehicle consisted design considerations for electric type vehicles. Analysis was done on the basis of improvements and corrections from the designs and strategies from previous projects and vehicles. Design and analysis was done on Solid works. It was designed so that it can be powered by Electric Motor System simultaneously. (2021-2022)

Mechanical Engineering Department Activity Club (MEDAC)

PURPOSE OF THE CLUB:
To organize the events of the Mechanical Engineering Department.
Activity of the club
Team MEDAC (Mechanical Engineering Department Activities Club) had successfully organized an online event named “TEICMECH” dated Sept. 4 to Sept. 6, 2020 consisting of 5 various programs. 295 students of multi- disciplinary streams participated actively in this event. This event was conducted under the supervision of Mr. Vijay Yadav. E- certificates and E- books were given to all the participants. Winners and runner- up’s were rewarded by different OTT platform’s authorization. Following events were organized:
i. Mechmantra
ii. Potter Brain
iii. Cultural Events
iv. Vishwakarma Jayanti or Vishwakarma Puja
v. Sports Events Kabaddi & Futsal

We organized kabaddi and Futsal which was coordinated by Yash Chauhan and Anubhav Tiwari. Kabaddi was held in the Football Ground while Futsal was in Futsal Court. Winner teams were given cash prizes, shield and certificate. All teams are provided with certificate of participation. The sports that were conducted in the event were Cricket, Futsal, Volleyball, Table Tennis and Basketball.

PURPOSE OF THE CLUB:
1. To promote a culture of innovation and creative problem solving.
2. To serve as a location for the industrial collaborators to encourage their new product development in the campus using in-house facilities.
3. To serve as a place that imparts design base education and practice systematic design through projects.
4. To enhance interdisciplinary design focused innovation and creativity.
5. To facilitate interdisciplinary design focussed education research and entrepreneurial activities in order to create commercial opportunities and build partnerships between academic and industry.
6. To promote nurture and advance the culture of design and innovation in the country leading to significant contribution and breakthroughs impacting quality of human life.
7. To create an ecosystem facilitating students and faculty to take their innovative ideas from classrooms/labs to market/people.

NEBULA - Student Club for Incubation and Entrepreneurship

DESCRPTION:
NEBULA - Student Club for Incubation and Entrepreneurship is established in G. L. Bajaj Centre for Research and Incubation (GLBCRI) to inculcate the culture of Incubation and Entrepreneurship in GLBITM Greater Noida. The members of this club were selected through an online competition. A panel of judges was formed to evaluate the presentation of registered participants. This panel comprised 1 faculty member from all departments and the recruitment drive was carried out on 17th, 18th and 19th May 2021. After compiling the scores of all participants, following participants were recruited as Founding team members of Student club
ACTIVITIES OF THE CLUB:
To be a Club of trust, balanced ecosystem and young idea builder that impacts socially and economically on the people, providing a platform to enhance incubation, innovation and entrepreneurship To change the ideas and innovations into successful start-ups that will make entrepreneurs financially independent and freestanding. To showcase the different fields of start-up and new technologies. To provide students with the required skill-sets and equip them with the knowledge, skills and confidence necessary to successfully achieve their goals.
