3-Day Management Development Programme on Financial Planning
The Department of Management, G.L. Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management, successfully organized a three-day Management Development Programme (MDP) on "Financial Planning & Retirement Planning" for the officers of the General Reserve Engineer Force (GREF), 24 Border Roads Task Force (BRTF), Seling, Mizoram, from 17–19 June 2026.
The programme was designed to enhance participants' understanding of effective financial management and retirement preparedness through a comprehensive and practical learning approach. The sessions covered key areas including personal financial planning, wealth creation, investment strategies, risk management, tax planning, retirement corpus planning, and post-retirement income management. Interactive discussions, real-life case studies, and practical examples enabled participants to develop informed financial decision-making skills for long-term financial security.
The programme was led by distinguished resource persons, Prof. Kanhaiya Singh and Dr. Sudha Swaroop, whose expertise and practical insights made the sessions highly engaging and impactful. Their valuable contributions provided participants with actionable knowledge and a deeper understanding of financial planning concepts.
