An HR Quiz Competition
The Department of Management Studies, GL Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management, successfully organized “Quizzle – An HR Quiz Competition” on 9 April 2024 under the aegis of the HRM Club. The two-hour event witnessed enthusiastic participation from MBA students, with 48 students competing individually.
Quizzle was designed to enhance engagement with core Human Resource Management concepts through a gamified and competitive format. The competition was conducted in three structured rounds—an elimination round, a qualifying round with scenario-based questions, and a rapid-fire finale—testing participants’ HR knowledge, analytical skills, and quick decision-making abilities.
The event provided a stimulating learning experience while promoting individual accountability and practical HR problem-solving skills. Ms. Avantika Arya secured the First Position, followed by Ms. Riya in Second Position, and Ms. Mahek Chaturvedi in Third Position. Winners were felicitated with certificates and prizes.
Overall, Quizzle was a well-coordinated and academically enriching activity that successfully combined learning with competition.
