Decode Documentary-Skill Enhancement Activity
The Department of Management Studies, GL Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management, organized “Decode Documentary” on 21 May 2025 for MBA students under the coordination of Ms. Nisha Sharma. The three-hour activity was designed to individually enhance key HR-related skills such as analytical thinking, quick decision-making, communication, and presentation abilities.
The competition was conducted in three structured rounds. The first round tested participants through a time-bound MCQ quiz, followed by a decode-and-buzz round that assessed analytical thinking and speed. The final round involved a short documentary-based presentation, where students showcased their creativity, clarity of thought, and public speaking skills.
The event successfully provided a practical platform for students to think under pressure, articulate ideas effectively, and demonstrate independent problem-solving abilities. Winners were felicitated with prizes and certificates in the presence of the Head of Department and senior faculty members. Overall, Decode Documentary received highly positive feedback for its engaging format, fair evaluation, and impactful learning experience, contributing significantly to the holistic development of MBA students.
