Game of Frames
The Department of Management Studies, GL Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management, Greater Noida, successfully organized an engaging activity titled “Game of Frames” on 27 November 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, under the banner of Synergy – The HR Club.
The event aimed to enhance students’ analytical thinking, teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills by exposing them to real-life workplace scenarios through short films. Around 50 students actively participated in the activity, analyzing managerial and HR-related challenges and proposing practical solutions.
The session encouraged critical thinking on leadership, conflict management, and strategic reasoning. The competitive questionnaire round further motivated participants to apply concepts effectively and collaborate as teams. The activity witnessed enthusiastic participation, with Shilpa Karn, Drishti Maheshwari, and Disha Rani emerging as top performers for their exceptional analytical and reflective abilities.
Overall, “Game of Frames” proved to be an enriching blend of experiential learning, collaboration, and healthy competition, contributing significantly to the academic and professional development of the participants.
