Guest lecture on HR Practices
The Department of Management Studies organized an enlightening guest lecture on “HR Practices” on 12th November 2025 at SBG Hall. The session was conducted by Mr. Himanshu Shankar, HR Manager, UFLEX Group, who shared deep insights into modern HR practices and real-world challenges faced in the corporate environment.
During the session, Mr. Shankar discussed key aspects of human resource management, including employee engagement, performance management, and organizational culture. The talk offered students valuable exposure to practical HR strategies and industry expectations.
The event was highly interactive, and MBA students of GL Bajaj enthusiastically participated, gaining immense learning and enjoyment from the experience.
