Dr Bansal guided the gathering about self-care, hygiene and precaution and regular monitoring and check-up at hormonal changes specially at growing age and old age. She also briefed about symptoms, preventions and self-test about breast cancer signs and detection in early stages and rapidly growing PCOD, and other chronic diseases in women with lifestyle and eating habits management
