International Conference on Intelligence Computing & Security (IICS2021)

The two days conference on Intelligent Computing and Security: A Paradigm Shift (IICS2021) organized by Department of MCA ,GLBITM began today with lamp lighting ceremony.
Dr. Rajeev Agrawal, Director GLBITM has started the event by welcoming the delegates and all the participants. During his address Dr. Rajeev have briefed about the conference theme and congratulated the department of MCA for taking this initiative.
 
 
After that Chief Guest of the event, Dr. S N Singh, Professor IIT Kanpur. Addressed the gathering. Dr. Singh congratulated the department of MCA to organize this conference. He said that there is no computer science without the application of it.
Dr. Singh put light on the hot button security issues in communication and upcoming research areas in the security field. Dr. Singh also addressed the students present in the conference and motivated them to be a change maker in the field of computer applications.
 
 
Then next Guest of Honor Dr. Satish Kumar, Associate professor IIIT Allahabad and Section chair of IEEE has also graced the event by his presence. Dr. Satish started his address by explaining the meaning of the conference tittle INTELLIGENT COMPUTING & SECURITY: A PARADIGM SHIFT. Dr. Satish elaborated the meaning of the phrase PRADIGM SHIFT, means entire shift or change in technology. He also talked about computing becoming autonomous and intelligent. He focused on artificial intelligent, soft computing & AI related research areas. 
 
After that Dr. Arti Noor, Associate Director CDAC Noida was also present as Guest of Honor. Dr. Arti Noor appreciated the efforts of Department of MCA for organizing this conference in Hybrid mode. Dr. Noor have focused on the increasing use of Internet connected device, social media and exponential increase of mobile connections making our lives easier and simple. She also focused on dark side of technology in terms of cyber-attacks. She said that India is the second largest victim of cyber-attacks and major targets are individuals, critical infrastructure organization like nuclear plants, oil & gas, government ministries, electricity and whole nation. She also mentions the paradigm shift during covid-19 to cloud computing and thereby increasing cyber- attacks and data leaks. Dr. Arti discussed about current major security threats like RaaS (Ransomware as a Service), Phishing as a Service & Cyber- crime as a Service. At the end of her address Dr. Noor urged all the researchers and students to focus on developing our own products so that cyber-attacks can be controlled.
 
Then Dr. Madhu Gaur, Head – Department of MCA and convener of the conference have briefed about the conference and extends her regards towards the delegates and participants.
 
After the kind words of Dr Madhu S Gaur, Dr. Raj Jain, professor of CSE at Washington University has also joined the event through online mode & graced the event by his presence. Dr. Jain have addressed the gathering about the role of artificial intelligence and blockchain in security. Dr. Jain gave a deep insight related to this area. It was quite an informative session.
 
Then, Mr. Denial Lewis CEO & co-founder of Awen Collective Ltd have joined the conference from U.S. as keynote speaker. He told about his journey of becoming an entrepreneur from an academician. During his address he focused on how we can be a decision maker that can leave an impact,what can we do to make things better & how you can do it to get society benefited from your decisions. Mr. Lewis have dissolved about the security threats removal in intellgent systems.
 
 
Then, Dr. Carlos M. Travieso Associate Professor at University of Las Palms de Gran Canaria, Spain have joined the event online from Spain as keynote speaker. He addressed the gathering on emotion detection. Dr. Carlos elaborated some algorithms which can be applied for emotion detection and how can be python used for emotion detection.
 
 
Dr. Madhu Gaur, Head MCA concluded the event by extending vote of thanks to all the dignitaries, Chief Guests, Guest of honor, Faculty members and students for the successful completion of the first day of event and announces to join the paper presentation tracks according to the interested area of research.
 
The second day of conference started with the same energy and enthusiasm. 
After welcoming the delegates and guest, our conference eminent speaker Dr. K C Santosh, Chair and associate professor, Department of CS ,South Dakota ,US addressed the gathering. He talked about the machine learning. Here he discussed about his real work on Covid-19 average morality and recovery rate, prediction models, data visualization, pattern analysis. He also told big data proves to be trust worthy and its time to know feature engineering. He also discussed how Big Data is big.
After that Dr. Shweta Sneha adressed the gathering. She discussed about role of artificial intelligence and machine learning and informative systems in healthcare systems. She explained how the medicine will work on the particular human. 
 
The session next continued with the addressing of Mr. Mitthan Meena Founder and CEO at Microsec ai Security, US. He discussed about cloud computing for all needs. He talked about the challenges of single cloud, hybrid cloud and multi cloud. He throw light on multi cloud strategy that how it is helpful in different aspects. He also focused on cloud security challenges and Ransomware. 
The session was continuing with paper presentations on three different tracks which was holding with eminent session chair of different fields related to conference theme.
Then a valedictory guest speaker Mr Mirz, director, HCL DRYiCE, U.K spoke on various aspects of cloud and security along with Mr. Aditya Panwar. Sr. Sales director HCL, DRYiCE. Mr. Aditya also have been the alumni of GLBITM(2007-11) Batch.
At the End Vote of thanks was by Honorable director Dr. Rajeev Agrawal to the all the team of IICS2021.
