IOT IDEATHON 2021 in collaboration with BOSCH

Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, G L Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida, in collaboration with BOSCH organized and actively participated IDEATHON 2021(RBEI - IoT Garage University Collaboration) during November 17-December 10, 2021.
 
The themes of IDEATHON 2021 were 
IOT enabled use cases for Integrated Campus.
Cloud based business applications of IOT for construction sector.
Cross Platform ARVR for e Commerce.
Voice based platforms for internal Enterprise use cases.
 
Students of second year and third year of Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, G L Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida submitted their entries for mainly two themes namely IOT enabled use cases for Integrated Campus&Cloud based business applications of IOT for construction sector.
 
Total 32 teams of third year,ECE&30 teams of secondyear,ECE,each team comprising 4 team members in total around 250 students participated in IDEATHON 2021 preliminary round. Evaluators namely Dr.Amrita Rai, Associate Professor,ECE shortlisted the teams under theme Cloud based business applications of IOT for construction sector and Dr.Krishanu Kundu,Assistant Professor,ECE evaluated and shortlisted the teams under theme IOT enabled use cases for Integrated Campus.
 
Students came up with inovative ideas for betterment of  Integrated campus and Construction using IOT concept. Out of 62 teams , finally 8 teams under the theme Cloud based business applications of IOT for construction sector and  6 teams under the theme IOT enabled use cases for Integrated Campus made it to pre-final round. These 14 teams presented their ideas in front of BOSCH officials on 9th December,2021. After a rigorous evaluation process one team from each theme made it to Final round.
