A one-day symposium was organized by the Women Grievance & Redressal Cell in association with BENEVO on 14th July 2022 on the Topic “Gender Bias, Behavioural Aspects & Stress Management at Workplace”. The session was conducted by Ms. Soumya Baniwal, Tejas Mehta and their team.

In the first session MS. Soumya Baniwal discussed in length on Behavioural Modification & Stress Management and also conduct-ed several related activities. She also discussed counselling tricks & techniques for behavioural modification. Later on, Mr. Tejas Mehta continued the session on Gender Biasedness. He also discussed about stress and anger Management with the help of vari-ous role plays.

During the second session a special guest Rudrani ji, who is a transgender, was invited and she expressed her views on gender biasedness and different problems she faced during her lifetime.

Indeed it was very informative session. All the faculty members of all the departments, HOD’s, Dean & Director of the Institute attended the session.
