The two-day poster presentation for “Prototype developed/ Business plan” was organized by IIC and CSE Department with GLBCRI at GLBITM during 28th and 29th April 2022 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm followed by valedictory function on 29th April 2022 from 4:00 - 5:00PM.

The event started with the “Display/Evaluation of poster” at Auditorium 1, Academic Block - 2. The posters were displayed for all the all faculties and students. The IA’s of GLBITM evaluated the posters and listened to the innovate ideas of all the participated team and marked accordingly. 

The valedictory and prize distribution event were conducted on 29th April. The valedictory event was started with the welcome address by Dr. Rajeev Agarwal, Director, GLBITM. The event further proceeds by the introduction and outcome of event by Dr. Shradha Gupta, Convener, IIC-GLBITM. She informed that the IAs of GLBITM were able to identified the 6-7 patentable ideas of students. The students will be guided during their patent journey by Dr. Sanjeev Sharma, IPR coordinator, IIC-GLBITM. After that winner were announced in prize distribution ceremony. The winners were selected on the basis of evolution and marking done IAs on the first day (28th April 2022). All the winners were awarded with a certificate of participation and some cash prices as a motivation.

The purpose of the event was to motivate the students to come up with innovative ideas and find solution to real world problems. All the dignitaries were pleased with such greater ideas by their students. Total 50 students of 12 team from the all-academic departments of GLBITM participated and benefitted by the event.

The event ended with a note of thanks by Dr. Sansar Singh Chauhan, HOD CSE, GLBITM.
