Session on Corporate Governance and Business Ethics

On 19th April, GL Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management and GL Bajaj Institute of Management and Research. PGDM Institute, jointly organized a session on Corporate Governance and Business Ethics.
The purpose of this session was to make students understand the importance of Corporate Governance and Business Ethics as Corporate governance creates a system of rules and practices that determine how a company operates and how it aligns the interest of all its stakeholders. Good corporate governance leads to ethical business practices, which leads to financial viability.
