An event was organized as a Technical Fair and Exhibition by Meerut Mandal and UP Government and it was hosted by the Department of Information Technology from G.L Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida on 29th to 31st March 2022. This is a beautiful initiative of Regional Science and Technology, Ghaziabad. The students of 6-12 standard and the teachers from different schools of different districts both participated in that event that was held in the SBG hall of our college. In the beginning there was an inauguration ceremony and then we remembered Maa Saraswati. In event there was cultural dance. The aim to organize such a fair was just to give knowledge to the students and develop their interest to research further other than they learned from books.

After the inauguration ceremony, there was a felicitation ceremony in which our Director Sir, Dr. Rajeev Agarwal and HOD-IT, Dr. P.C Vashist give a token of respect to chief guests by presenting beautiful saplings to them. It aimed to show the progress of the field of science in our country. There were many projects and models displayed at the exhibition. They were made by the little talented minions with the help and guidance of their teachers. All the projects and models were fascinating. There was a Quiz Competition, Essay Writing, Poster making, and project exhibition. The students were excited and confident while talking about their models.
