Visit to Pre-incubation Unit
On 17th February 2025, the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), in collaboration with GLBCRI, organized a field visit to the Pre-Incubation Unit of GLBCRI for 60 students from the EEE and CSE departments, accompanied by 4 faculty members. The visit aimed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world applications by immersing students in the practical aspects of innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology. Students explored the step-by-step journey of technological innovation, from identifying market needs to developing solutions, and gained hands-on insights into tools like prototyping, user testing, and market analysis. Emphasizing research, development, and product creation, the experience highlighted entrepreneurship as a viable and rewarding career path, encouraging students to adopt a mindset of innovation, resilience, and creative problem-solving. The visit served as an inspiration, motivating students to apply their learning practically and consider contributing to the tech industry through startups or innovation-driven roles.
