World Creativity & Innovation Day
The Department of MCA, in collaboration with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) at GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, proudly celebrated World Creativity and Innovation Day on 21st April 2025. This global observance is dedicated to inspiring creative multidisciplinary thinking and promoting innovation as a key driver for sustainable development.
As part of the celebration, a Poster Design Competition was organized to engage students in a meaningful and thought-provoking activity. The primary objective of this competition was to foster awareness and enhance understanding of Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Intellectual Property Rights (I/E/IPR) among students.
Participants were encouraged to creatively depict their innovative ideas and concepts through visually appealing posters. The competition served as a platform for students to explore and express the significance of creativity in entrepreneurial ventures and highlighted the critical role of protecting intellectual assets through IPR.
The activity emphasized the power of visual storytelling in communicating impactful messages and solutions to real-world problems. Students demonstrated remarkable ingenuity, showcasing how innovation can be harnessed to bring about positive change in society.
Overall, the event successfully cultivated a spirit of innovation and creativity among students, aligning with the broader goals of the IIC in nurturing a culture of entrepreneurship and intellectual curiosity on campus.
