Workshop on Outcome Based Education
GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management (GBLITM), esteemed Director, Prof. Dr. Preeti Bajaj hosted a workshop on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) in higher education.
In this session, Dr. Bajaj elaborated on the institution's vision and mission, alongside each department’s strategic direction. She meticulously explained the formulation of Program Educational Objectives (PEOs), the distinction between Program Outcomes (POs) and Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs), and emphasized the practices essential for implementing OBE effectively.
This workshop marks an effective step towards aligning our academic processes with global standards, ensuring our students graduate with competence, clarity, and purpose.
