The Department of Master of Computer Applications (MCA) successfully organized an event titled “Fullstack Development: Skilling and Hiring” on 17th February 2026 at the MCA Block Seminar Hall–001, GL Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management. The session commenced at 2:00 PM and witnessed enthusiastic participation from MCA students eager to enhance their technical and career-oriented skills.
The event was conducted to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations in fullstack development. The primary objective of the session was to provide students with insights into current industry trends, required technical skills, and career opportunities in fullstack development.
During the session, experts shared valuable knowledge on modern fullstack technologies, development frameworks, and best practices in web application development and Cloud computing. They also highlighted the importance of practical skills, project-based learning, and continuous upskilling to meet the evolving demands of the IT industry. Students were guided on career pathways, recruitment processes, and the essential competencies required to secure positions in leading organizations.
The interactive session allowed students to clarify their doubts and gain a deeper understanding of real-world development environments. The event proved highly informative and motivating, encouraging students to focus on skill development and industry readiness.
Overall, the event was a great success, as 75 students attended the session. The session provides a valuable learning platform for MCA students and strengthens the institute’s commitment to promoting technical excellence and employability.
