The MBA Department organized a guest lecture on “Data-Driven Decision Making in Human Resource Management” on 21 February 2026 for MBA students. The session was conducted by Mr. Navdeep Gayot, HR Manager at Jindal SAW Ltd.
Mr. Gayot shared valuable insights on the growing importance of HR analytics in modern organizations. He highlighted how data-driven strategies help improve recruitment, employee performance management, retention planning, and workforce forecasting. Through practical examples from his industry experience, he explained how HR metrics and analytics tools support strategic business decisions.
