Panel Discussion on Future-Ready Managers
GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management (GLBITM) organised an insightful panel discussion on “Future-Ready Managers: Leadership, Innovation and Digital Transformation” on 17 September 2026 as part of PARICHAY, the MBA Induction Programme. The session brought together distinguished industry professionals to share their perspectives on emerging corporate trends, evolving workplace expectations, and the competencies required to become effective management leaders.
