Introduction
The Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Cell of our institution is established with the objective of fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and awareness about intellectual property among students, researchers, and faculty members. In today’s knowledge-driven economy, protecting intellectual assets is as vital as creating them. The IPR Cell acts as a nodal body to guide and support the academic community in identifying, protecting, and managing intellectual property in the form of patents, copyrights, trademarks, and designs.
Aligned with its vision and mission, the Cell not only educates stakeholders about the significance of IPR in innovation and entrepreneurship but also facilitates patent filing, technology transfer, and commercialization of research outcomes. By building strong linkages with industry partners, startups, and legal professionals, the IPR Cell enables the transformation of academic innovations into real-world applications that contribute to societal welfare and national development.
Through continuous awareness programs, workshops, and expert interactions, the IPR Cell nurtures ethical practices, recognizes intellectual contributions, and empowers innovators to safeguard and leverage their creations effectively.
