Industrial visit to Uniparts India

The Department of Mechanical Engineering, G L Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida, organized an Industrial visit to Uniparts India Pvt., Greater Noida.
Students and Faculty members had reached the venue on 23rd December 2023 by the GLBITM College bus at before 11:00 a.m. After reaching the venue, all students were given the Visitor pass (Green in color) and had entered the Uniparts main office, Greater Noida. There they had given a brief presentation about the company profile followed by the schedule of the visit. Students were divided into two groups to the visit Manufacturing Unit, Raw material inventory Unit and Finished goods inventory Units.
Students got an insight into the real working environment of manufacturing unit and Inventory unit of Uniparts India Pvt. In every unit, Safety and Quality are the two aspects of the company were highlighted followed by the best practices like 5S, GEMBA for the standardization and Maintaining the two in Harmony.
