While inking this proposal, in less than a year we have successfully organized more than 15 events and workshops combined. The club is highly indulged in organizing activities like hackathons, coding competitions, exhibitions, cultural celebrations, and through our various avenues and related competitions, we are constant in our efforts to level up the intellect of our batchmates and colleagues.

Objective of Club: The Club is dedicated to the students of GLBITM to encourage and drive their passion to grow technically as well as culturally. We help students to pursue their hobbies and interests and therefore bring people together.
Our goal is to organize competitions, events, and a plethora of activities that aim to enhance the skill set, morale, and confidence of participants and contribute towards their larger goal of becoming successful professionals.
The Association of students with our club will help them to create a balance between work and hobbies. We provide students with comprehensive approaches to lessons and motivate the concept of "learning by doing".
Our primary objectives extend as follows:-
• To help leverage students with the most relevant social and technical skills apart from academics, boosting their functionality and adaptability to work in different environments.
• To help students groom their abstract qualities and morale for development as a leader.
• To set up a proper framework for student welfare activities directed, by the students, for the students.
• To encourage good fellowship and celebrate achievement at both individual and club levels in team events, nurturing an early habit of teamwork and cohesiveness in participants.
• To cultivate and process the qualities of decision-making, troubleshooting, and creative approach in students, which will enable them to steer through non-conducive circumstances and take calls on their own.

These goals establish a purpose that helps our colleagues focus on their dreams and also helps them to formulate and explore the hidden talents within themselves and a chance to express them to the outer world and prove their true worth.
