32 students of B.Tech, III year, Mechanical Engineering have visited JCB India Limited, Ballabhgarh, Faridabad on 10 OCT, 2018. Students were accompanied by Mr. Vipul Kumar Sharma & Mr. Rahul Sharma, faculty member of mechanical engineering. There students have interacted with JCB Experts and discussed about the new era of the technologies in the field of automobile. The Industry is one of the largest heavy duty vehicle manufacturer in India with a strong global presence.It produces over 300 types of machines, including diggers, excavators, tractors & Diesel engines. It has 22 factories across Asia, Europe, North America & South America.

The students were able to understand the basic machining operations like material handling, inventory management, line assembly system, vehicle testing & quality control.

This type of industrial visit certainly enhances the knowledge and employability of the students by enriching their industry knowledge and to have the best industry interfacing.
